Q&A
After hearing some fantastic stories about the FNZ India Culture Club, we sat down with Dipti to find out more about her and the Club:
Can you describe your journey so far?
"I joined FNZ in 2022 as a Senior Analyst Tester. Making a significant impact early on, I swiftly advanced to my current position as Test Manager. In this role, I oversee testing for multiple global projects, managing a team of approximately 40 FNZers."
What's the FNZ India office like?
"The FNZ India office was established in 2022 and has quickly become a vital part of FNZ’s global network. With its rapid growth, the office now houses over 150 employees and continues to expand. Despite being new, it mirrors FNZ’s fast-paced environment, demanding high performance while fostering a sense of community. It’s this growth that inspired me to start the FNZ India Culture Club."
Why did you start the FNZ India Culture Club?
"I recognized a need and wanted to make an impact, especially since FNZ India is new and FNZ's environment is fast-paced and demanding. The Culture Club seemed like the perfect avenue for addressing this. It provides a platform for FNZers to pause, have fun, socialize, and regroup, ultimately making a significant impact on their day-to-day work at FNZ."
What does the FNZ India Culture Club do?
"We do a lot! From festive celebrations like Holi and Diwali to sporting events like badminton and cricket, as well as CSR initiatives. Each month, we try to introduce something new."
What impact has the FNZ India Culture Club made?
"I believe it has had a significant impact. At FNZ, we're dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture while also caring for colleagues, and I think the Culture Club plays a pivotal role in this. And on a personal note, witnessing the positive impact on FNZers and seeing the club grow brings me immense joy and fulfilment."
We also asked Ishu Surender, one of the frequent attendees of the Culture Club, what he thought.
"I absolutely love the FNZ India Culture Club! It's not just a place to have fun; it's where I've found a community within FNZ. It's been crucial for me to get to know people and fully embrace what it means to be an FNZer. Plus, the events are always a blast and a great way to regroup and recharge!"
