Zvezdana Seeger
Non-Executive Director
Zvezdana was appointed to the FNZ Group Board in May 2024.
She is an accomplished executive with over three decades of experience in leadership including executive roles at RWE, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Telekom, DHL.
At RWE, she served as an executive board member with responsibilities over HR, IT, and Audit. She was instrumental in establishing and shaping this newly created board position to support RWE's expanding business. At Deutsche Bank, she led the integration of Postbank, overseeing IT, Operations, and Procurement for a 20,000-strong team. At Deutsche Postbank AG, she was responsible for driving key operational improvements.
Zvezdana serves on several supervisory boards including serving as Chair of the supervisory board of FNZ Bank SE.
Zvezdana holds an Economics degree from the University of Freiburg.
