Jeremy Graham
Head of Technology Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa
Jeremy brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of FNZ, having joined the business in 2007. In 2025, Jeremy was appointed as Head of Technology Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
In early 2024, Jeremy joined our New Zealand leadership team as Managing Director NZ. During his time, Jeremy played a pivotal role in strengthening FNZ’s position in the market and delivering sustainable business growth. Between 2014 and 2021, he drove the growth of FNZ’s software engineering capabilities and led a team of over 100 members who successfully delivered multiple platforms across European and Asia Pacific markets. He is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams, delivering transformational outcomes for our clients, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Subsequently, Jeremy served as Global Head of Talent, championing Talent Acquisition and Development across all FNZ offices worldwide.
