Miles Thomson
Group Chief of Staff
Miles Thomson is Group Chief of Staff at FNZ. He works closely with the CEO and Executive Committee to lead delivery of the Group’s strategic priorities.
Miles has held leadership roles across strategy, performance, reward and governance at FNZ, CVC Capital Partners and PwC.
Miles brings deep experience in organisational design, performance management and governance in complex, high-growth financial services businesses.
He is a qualified actuary and holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Manchester.
