He is an internationally experienced leader with a consistent track record of driving business growth and delivering digital transformation at both local and global scales across Retail Banking, Wealth Management & Insurance, and Corporate & Commercial Banking.
He has held several senior leadership positions within Santander, including Head of Wealth Management & Insurance in the UK, Global Head of Digital for Santander’s Wealth Management & Insurance Division, and Director of SME Markets across Europe and the US.
James has an impressive track record of leading high-performing teams and leveraging leading technologies to deliver exceptional results.
