David McWatt is a senior operational leader within FNZ, responsible for operational performance, service delivery and business management across the UK business. Since joining FNZ in 2022, he has played a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting client growth and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Prior to FNZ, David spent more than 14 years at Barclays Wealth Management, holding senior leadership roles across operations, digital transformation and client service.
