Charlene Cooper

Group Chief of Staff

Charlene Cooper joined FNZ in October 2018 as Executive Assistant to Group CEO, Adrian Durham. In 2019 Charlene became Global Head of Administration, and in 2021 she became Group Chief of Staff.

Charlene has over 10 years’ experience as a corporate executive assistant, supporting senior executives in the financial services industry. She also has a mini-MBA at the London School of Economics.

Prior to FNZ, Charlene worked at ING Bank and Goldman Sachs. She currently helps our Group CEO to navigate an ever-changing and complex working environment, whilst leading a global team of EAs and Office Managers.
