Carl Battrum is FNZ's Group Head of Operations.
Carl has held several senior roles within FNZ including UK Head of Service Delivery, UK COO (SMF24), UK Chief Business Officer and more recently Head of Central Operations.
He has a wealth of knowledge across FNZ and the industry including a deep understanding of operational management, process improvement, planning and team leadership.
