21 September 2023: FNZ, the leading wealth management platform, is delighted to announce the launch of the FNZ Academy, a pioneering global accreditation program driving transformation across the wealth management industry.
With a strong focus on innovation, the FNZ Academy will train and support participants to become tech pioneers, enabling them to shape the future of the industry’s landscape through use of its cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to learn from its industry leading technology experts.
With a strong emphasis on specialized training and technical accreditation, the program is designed to enhance the skills and proficiencies of FNZ's global technology delivery staff, strengthening the firm's ability to address the diverse needs of its global customers and fast-tracking the careers of participants, positioning them as tech leaders and experts within the industry.
Through its state-of-the-art technology solutions, FNZ’s mission is to open up wealth and make wealth management more accessible to more people. The FNZ Academy will be instrumental in achieving this by nurturing top talent and equipping them with the skills needed to drive innovation in key areas, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, data analytics and more.
The 9-month program, split across three distinct terms, will provide colleagues with specialized technical training, knowledge-sharing, enhanced support, and an FNZ accreditation after graduating.
The FNZ Academy welcomes participants from all around the world, reflecting the company's diverse and global presence. In its inaugural 12 months, the program anticipates enrolling over 200 participants from across FNZ's global business.
Renata Mrazova, FNZ Group Chief People Officer, said: "We're not just training employees; we're nurturing innovators who will drive the transformation of the wealth industry. FNZ isn't just a workplace; it's a platform for individuals to make an impact and reach their full potential.
“We want to attract and retain the most talented people in the market in all our global locations, and those candidates rightly demand opportunities for ongoing learning and development. The FNZ Academy provides exactly that, and I hope it will reinforce and build upon our culture of growth.”
The launch is the latest step FNZ has taken to recruit new talent and further empower its existing workforce. In June 2023, the company launched its new graduate scheme, offering a comprehensive introduction to the industry.
This follows the recent enhancements to FNZ’s parental leave policies, which sees all global colleagues given 26 weeks parental leave – regardless of gender – alongside enhanced leave for bereavement and emergency care.
Applicants from technology delivery roles, such as developers, testers and delivery managers interested in the FNZ Academy can apply here.
