30 January 2024: Aviva plc (“Aviva”) has today announced a 15-year contract extension with existing key strategic partner, FNZ, the global wealth management platform, to support Aviva’s ongoing focus to simplify and transform the operations of its UK Insurance, Wealth & Retirement (“IWR”) business.
The extended partnership with FNZ will deliver improved and more consistent customer service and streamlined customer journeys, supporting Aviva’s ambition for customers to stay with Aviva for longer.
This will also support further simplification through consolidation of certain platforms primarily in its Heritage business, improving efficiency across Aviva’s IWR business.
