FNZ (Europe) DAC was granted authorisation as a MiFID investment Firm from the Central Bank of Ireland on the 22nd of December 2020.
FNZ (Europe) DAC as of 2024 is classified as a Class 2 Firm under the EU prudential framework (Investment Firms Regulation (“IFR”)/ Investment Firm Directive (“IFD”)). The framework contains requirements relating to Capital & Own Funds, Liquidity, Internal Governance, Remuneration, and Disclosure & Reporting on in-scope investment firms.
