Raising the Bar, One Point at a Time

Tejeshwar Jolly joined FNZ’s business operations team and is already making an impact, applying the mindset he developed as an internationally accredited lawn tennis player to his work every day.

From competing in national-level tournaments at a young age to playing ITF (International Tennis Federation) matches today, his journey has been shaped by setbacks, consistency and continuous improvement. He recently achieved an ITF world ranking of 172, and brings that same discipline to his work at FNZ.

It’s about showing up consistently, taking ownership when things get difficult and quietly raising the bar in everything you do.”
