Adrian Durham

Group Chief Executive Officer

Adrian is the founder and Group CEO of FNZ Group and has overseen the development of the company since it started in 2003. He is currently based in the company’s Munich office. Prior to founding FNZ, he worked as an equity analyst for what at the time was Credit Suisse NZ now First NZ Capital. Adrian has a BSc (Hons 1st Class) in physics and mathematics, and a BMus in performance piano, both from Victoria University Wellington.

Alastair Conway

Chief Executive Officer, UK & South Africa

Alastair is responsible for all aspects of the UK & South Africa businesses, including client relationships, sales, technology delivery, asset servicing and support. Alastair is an experienced leader with an exceptional track record built over a career within financial services that exceeds 25 years. Alastair was previously CEO of James Hay for eight years and prior to that he was Sales and Marketing Director at Cofunds for five years. He joined FNZ in April 2021 to work on one of our key projects before becoming CEO of UK Pensions in August. Alastair is focused on helping the UK and South African businesses continue their successful growth trajectories to date and ensuring we further develop both our service and technology delivery for our customers going forward. Alastair is married to Rita and lives in Battersea, London. He has a daughter, Alice, who is currently training to be an IFA. He loves skiing in the winter and playing golf in the summer.

Charlene Cooper

Group Chief of Staff

Charlene Cooper joined FNZ in October 2018 as Executive Assistant to Group CEO, Adrian Durham. In 2019 Charlene became Global Head of Administration, and in 2021 she became Group Chief of Staff. Charlene has over 10 years’ experience as a corporate executive assistant, supporting senior executives in the financial services industry. She also has a mini-MBA at the London School of Economics. Prior to FNZ, Charlene worked at ING Bank and Goldman Sachs. She currently helps our Group CEO to navigate an ever-changing and complex working environment, whilst leading a global team of EAs and Office Managers.

Carl Robertson

Group Chief Marketing Officer

Carl Robertson joined FNZ as Group Chief Marketing Officer in 2021. In this role he is responsible for driving all Brand, Marketing and Communication initiatives across the FNZ Group. Carl has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, leading global organisations for large technology enterprises in the financial software, IT and cloud services sectors. Prior to joining FNZ, he spent the last five years as the Chief Marketing Officer at Temenos where he was responsible for the companies brand, product positioning and go-to-market strategy. He has also held senior management roles with leading global companies such as TATA, Colt and Orange. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management, innovation and business strategy from Aston University, UK.

Din Mustaffa

Group Chief Strategy Officer

Din joined FNZ in early 2018, helping to develop FNZ’s inorganic growth strategy and build out the FNZ ecosystem of apps. In 2021 he was appointed as Group Chief Strategy Officer overseeing FNZ’s global strategy, corporate development, sales operations, business intelligence, investor relations and marketing/communications. Din is very experienced within the wealth management sector, having worked at an international multi-family office and professional firms KPMG and Grant Thornton, and also founded a financial planning SaaS business. He is also a non-executive director at Advicefront and Bondsmith Savings. Din is a chartered accountant with a first class degree from Exeter University and postgraduate degree from Cambridge University.

Fabian Camenzind

Chief Executive Officer, Europe

Fabian joined FNZ in 2016 as Managing Director of DACH. He was subsequently appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Europe, responsible for establishing the business in the region. He brings with him over 18 years of experience within the financial technology sector. Before joining FNZ, he held various senior positions within FIS (previously SunGard). He had business development responsibility for the capital markets collateral management solution, headed the retail core banking business based in Singapore and was responsible for the banking book risk management unit in EMEA. Fabian is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen, from which he holds a M.A. in Finance and Capital Markets.

Hanspeter Wolf

Chief Technology Officer

Hanspeter joined FNZ as Chief Technology Officer in February 2022 and is based in Zurich. He is responsible for the FNZ Group global product and technology team, strategy and vision. He and his team partner closely with leading financial services organisations on their digital transformations to a new era of digital connectedness, with the goal of providing exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint. Hanspeter has nearly three decades of experience building cloud-, user centric- and industry-specific vertical software companies as an executive, entrepreneur, and board member. Prior to joining FNZ, Hanspeter was the Chief Executive Officer at Appway, a market-leading software business he founded in 2003, providing cloud-based, low-code/no-code software for building and managing workflow-driven applications for the financial services industry.

Jane MacLeod

Interim Group Chief Risk Officer

Jane MacLeod is the Interim Group Chief Risk Officer at FNZ. She is responsible for all regulatory Risk & Compliance matters across the FNZ Group and for the management of the Risk and Compliance framework. Jane has over 20 years experience in financial services with a particular focus on M&A, and has held senior roles at Phoenix Group Holdings where she was General Counsel, and then at the UK Post Office where she was General Counsel and CRO. In both roles, Jane led large teams to implement legal and regulatory change. Jane joined FNZ in Australia in February 2021 as APAC General Counsel & CRO. Jane has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University.

Jennifer McArthur

Group Head of Platform Conversions

Jen has over 15 years’ experience in financial services working for global organisations such as Barclaycard and Standard Life. She joined FNZ in July 2011 as a senior PMO Manager before transitioning into a Senior Project Management role, leading the delivery of one of the largest projects in the FNZ European Portfolio. In 2015, Jen was promoted to the Group Head of Platform Conversions, leading a functional team of SME’s delivering large scale data migrations which deliver a critical component of FNZ’s strategic goals. A significant success factor of the migration function is continuous improvement to ensure a scalable, repeatable and accurate process. Due to this focus, FNZ are now considered a market leader in data migration strategy and principles.

Juan Gómez-Reino

Group Chief Operating Officer

Juan Gómez-Reino was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer at FNZ in July 2022. In this role, he is responsible for leading our Global Delivery, Operations and Technology functions to support the development of FNZ’s market-leading platform. Prior to joining FNZ, Juan was the Chief Technology Officer at Lloyds Banking Group. Juan joined LBG in November 2014, initially as the COO for Consumer Finance before moving into the Insurance and Wealth division in May 2016 as CIO and Transformation Director. Juan also held several senior Technology and Operations roles at Santander UK and Banco Santander, latterly reporting to the Group’s CRO and COO with responsibility for balance sheet management, liquidity, funds transfer pricing and asset‐backed funding. Juan started his professional career at PriceWaterhouse (now PWC) and was one of the first few employees at Inversis, a banking .com experience which is still live. Juan graduated from the Rotterdam Business School in 1994 (BA in Economics and Business Administration), has an MSc in Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a BSc in Mathematics from UNED. He is a Stanford alumnus, having followed the Executive Programme at the Graduate School of Business in 2011. Juan is a life-long learner, and has a passion for getting tough things done with people.

Kris Love

Group Chief Financial Officer

Kris Love was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in March 2019. He is responsible for managing the Group's finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks and financial reporting. He joined FNZ from BlackRock in 2012 and has since held senior Finance and Commercial positions. Kris is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Finance and Economics.

Renata Mrazova

Group Chief People Officer

Renata Mrazova joined FNZ as Group Chief People Officer in January 2023, based in Prague, Czech Republic. Within this role, Renata is responsible for developing FNZ’s long-term people strategy, ensuring that we build the structure, talent and capabilities needed moving forward as we continue our mission of opening up wealth. Renata brings an impressive track record to FNZ, developed throughout an extensive career in senior leadership across the global financial sector. She has held the position of both CFO and CEO at ING Group for the Czech and Slovak Republic, the CEO at Direct Pojistovna, and began her career at Astra, where she became the CFO and coordinated the merger with British Zeneca. Her career then transitioned into people management when she was promoted from NN’s CEO for the Czech and Slovak Republic to NN’s Global Head of HR. Renata joined FNZ from her most recent role as Group Chief People Officer at the leading consumer finance provider, Home Credit International, where she successfully implemented a range of people management improvements to compensation, evaluation, HR digitization, learning and development, coaching and training. Her impact has been recognised throughout her career. She has been included several times in the prestigious list of top 25 female Czech business leaders, named the 8th most powerful Czech businesswomen by Czech Forbes, and has been named the most influential businesswoman in the Czech market. Renata is also involved in several projects which promote the inclusion of women in executive positions, including co-founding Impact & Inspire, a network dedicated to improving inclusion and diversity through mentoring, coaching, workshops, events and conferences. Renata holds a degree in Finance and Business from the University of Economics, Prague, and lives with her husband and two daughters.

Scott Webster

Chief Executive Officer, FNZ Securities

Scott Webster joined FNZ in 2021 and is responsible for the FNZ Securities division. This role has a global remit focusing on the key FNZ strategy to deliver market side infrastructure services including multi asset securities execution, post trade software and third party clearing and settlement and the related downstream services with the capability to extend the offering as our clients needs grow. Since joining us, Scott has been responsible for overseeing the successful establishment of FNZ’s Capital Markets post trade software business and setting up a Securities broker solution in Australia, broadening our end-to-end service offering. Prior to this, Scott held a variety of leadership roles at UBS in Australia providing trading, financing and post trade services to large pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, broker dealers and wealth management firms including directly to their underlying clients and via investment platforms. Scott is based in Sydney, Australia.

Tim Neville

Chief Executive Officer, FNZ Asia Pacific

Tim has over 15 years of experience in the wealth management sector across Asia, Australia and New Zealand in a variety of leadership roles. Tim joined FNZ in June 2015 to launch the FNZ business in Singapore and South East Asia and in 2019 was appointed to the role of CEO, APAC. He is responsible for all aspects of the APAC business including strategic growth in this region through local and global client management, targeted new client acquisition and entering new markets that align with FNZ’s regional and global strategy. Prior to joining FNZ, Tim had 10 years with ANZ Bank in Australia and Singapore where he held a diverse range of leadership positions including running several of ANZ’s Wealth Management Platform businesses. Tim has qualifications in Economics and Law from the University of Sydney and now resides permanently in Singapore with his wife and young family.

Tom Chard

Chief Executive Officer, North America

Tom joined FNZ in 2018 and is the Chief Executive Officer, North America. He is responsible for all aspects of the enterprise market within North America including client management, strategic growth and new client acquisition. Tom started with FNZ in Australia to drive product stewardship and enhance delivery for our Australian business. After leading the successful transformation of several wealth management platforms, Tom relocated to the UK to play an integral role within the regional business across platform transformation, group product, strategy and business development. Prior to joining FNZ, Tom worked in a range of roles in technology transformation, relationship management and operations at State Street, both in Australia and Boston.

Vian Sharif

Group Head of Sustainability

Dr Vian Sharif joined FNZ in 2019 as Group Head of Sustainability. She is part of the team driving the development of innovative technology solutions to catalyse the shift to more sustainable capital allocations, alongside the firm’s own sustainability activities and commitments. Prior to this she spent over a decade at global asset manager Investec. Her work includes collaborating with academics at Cambridge and Oxford Universities on the development of science-based insights for investor decision-making with a focus on nature risk and impact, including the Benchmark for Nature Project, the Cambridge AI for the study of Environmental Risks Centre and as a guest researcher at the Oxford Martin School. As part of a number of governmental and international sustainability advisory groups, she was a guest research at the Oxford Martin School Member of the Taskforce for Nature Related Financial Disclosures Technical Experts Group and the U.K. Government’s Business Advisory group to the Convention on Biological Diversity. She holds a PhD in pro-environmental behaviour change from Imperial College Business School, and a masters degree from Cambridge University.
