Senior FNZ Executives also outlined their ambitious plans to establish successful partnerships with leading Chinese financial institutions and support their global growth offerings. FNZ plans to grow its Shanghai office to over 250 staff in the next 18 months from its current headcount of 140.
The visit follows the announcement on 26th August that FNZ has agreed to sponsor the Department for International Trade’s 2019 Fintech Awards.
This is a highly prestigious programme which will further strengthen the links between China and the United Kingdom.
Adrian Durham, Group CEO of FNZ commented: “FNZ was delighted to host the DIT and is very proud of the significant long term commitment we have made and will continue to make in China. China is the most significant growth region in wealth management globally. It's a market where FNZ can play a key role in its transformation and in the delivery of products and services which can provide extensive social benefits to end investors.”
