Process: documents, signatories and capturing evidence
Select the Documents and Signatures menu option:
Note: this screen will display a list of all required forms to be generated for signature based on the account type and data you have entered in the application to this point. In this case, you will see the Account Application Signature Page and the Cash Sweep Selection Form as required. In addition to the required forms, you can choose to generate and download a selection of optional forms by selecting the Add Optional icon. Examples include the full Account Application, Terms & Conditions governing the account or a Transfer Letter of Acceptance form to be used when transferring assets from another custodian.
The Configuration icon will allow you designate the signature method to be used when generating the forms (wet signature or electronic signature).
Click on Add Optional and select the Individual Account Application Form and the Transfer Letter of Acceptance.
Note: at this point you should be comfortable that all customer account and associated party information is complete and correct, as this stage will generate final forms for execution. Should any additional modifications be required after this point, you will be able to revert to the Build Customer Profile section, however any forms generated by the application will be lost and need to be regenerated.
Click on the Print All icon and this will generate signature ready documents for distribution.
Once signatures and supporting documentation is obtained. Click on the circular menu icon on the top right of the page and select Proceed to Documents, then select Documents and Signatures from the main menu again.
Click on Dispatch Documents and upload each required document:
Click Back (top left of screen) to be brought back and select the Evidences menu option:
We have also provided a section in the tool titled Evidences where you can upload any required documentation to support the account opening such as government IDs, and W-9/W8 forms, trust agreements, formation documents and authorized signer’s lists as specified on the first page of the account applications.
Click Manage all and upload each evidentiary document:
