Process: Filling in new onboarding application details
Click on the account shell:
Add the Long Account Title and work your way down the Assessment menu on the left starting with the Expected Transaction Activity:
Select the Investment Manager / Agent (left side menu) and assign the Investment Manager Contact and Investment Agent (if applicable).
Select the Expected Transaction Activity (left side menu) and Select the Primary Source of Funds, Anticipated Market Value and Purpose of Account:
Scroll down to Select anticipated transactions and assets:
Add Statement Recipients (left side menu)
Scroll down to select frequency and statement type:
Select Tax Recipients (left side menu)
Select Tax Reporting Service Level and any additional recipients for tax forms.
Select Elections (left side menu)
Choose appropriate parties to vote proxies & corporate actions and make transaction confirmation elections.
Scroll down to elect Income to Principal transfers and opt in/out of SEC Rule 14b-2.
Scroll down to cash sweep section to identify an overnight investment vehicle for excess cash if desired.
Select Current/Prior Custody Service Provider if account is transferring from an external custodian.
If your firm utilizes account models, select the appropriate model from the list and click Back (top left of screen).
