FNZ and Aviva have been in partnership since 2015 and together have developed a number of truly market leading, multi-channel digital propositions across the UK and Asia. Today, the Aviva platforms are some of the fastest growing in the UK market - across all channels.
Seamless integration, global support
A seamlessly integrated digital experience
FNZ first partnered with Aviva to launch a direct to consumer wealth management proposition for UK customers. This was fully integrated with the MyAviva portal, on both desktop and mobile, to give customers a seamless view across all their Aviva products.
The platform offers a range of savings and investment options for customers who wish to manage their finances themselves, enabling them to buy, sell and switch investments online.
By leveraging our market leading Model Wealth Solution (MWS) approach to delivery, we delivered the platform within an accelerated timeframe of nine months. This represented one of Aviva’s fastest launch to market propositions to date.
Aviva then launched their Workplace Savings Platform, known as ‘MyMoney’, which was initially launched under the Friends Life brand. This was subsequently upgraded in 2017 to reflect the Aviva brand and vision, including improving availability and responsiveness across mobile and tablet devices.
Supporting Aviva’s financial advisers globally
In 2018, Aviva then moved its Adviser platform - which was one of the largest in the UK - onto FNZ technology. The migration involved around 300,000 customers and AuA of £24bn.
FNZ also partners with Aviva in Singapore supporting their Navigator platform. With a range of savings, investment and pension product solutions it gives financial advisers a flexible approach to managing their client’s finances online.
