PMO Manager

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Delivery A/NZ, the primary role of the PMO Manager is to set up and run a Project Management Office to service the Delivery teams across Australia and New Zealand.    

The successful candidate will be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation, have broad project delivery experience both working within and outside of a PMO.  

You will have experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment and making positive change.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position you will have experience in setting up and running a PMO, delivering several work streams.  You will have a qualification in Prince2, MSP or similar.  You are confident user of MS Project, MS Excel and other resource management tools.  You have a background in the management of software development projects, ideally within the Financial Services industry and have a confident, influential communication style.

You will be managing staff within the PMO to ensure successful delivery functions, so you will have a management background.
